Roller Coaster Pattern of Blood Pressure Change during Anesthesia for Removal of a Pheochromocytoma.

Abstract
Pheochromocytoma is very rare but functionally active disease which can be completely recovered only by surgical removal. Great care must be given to the anesthetic management for removal of the tumor and various anesthetic techniques and agents rave been recommended.
Roller coaster pattern of blood pressure change was observed during anesthesia with fentanyl, :nflurane, nitrous Vdde and pancuronium for removal of a pheochromocytoma. Sodium iitroprusside, pentolamine and propranolol were injected with unsatisfactory control of the blood rressure
